Film, Art or any other items damaged or lost while in our custody or in the custody of our processors or agents, whether such damage or loss results from negligence or otherwise, will be replaced with equivalent unexposed film. Except for such replacement, such items will be accepted by us and delivered by you without any other liability, guarantee or warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Dyes used may change any time like other dyed and hence will not be warranted against change in color. Materials given to Grand Photo Solutions, its processors or agents of value more than $100 should be insured by the customer. Not responsible for jobs left over 30 days.
